We are pleased to announce that our sixth SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly line has been installed.
Although it is mainly designed for sampling, small and medium volume orders, this line has nothing to envy to the other five existing lines in terms of quality and reliability.
It is equipped with a latest generation EKRA screen printer, a KOH YOUNG SPI 3D machine for solder paste control, a precise, fast and flexible FUJI AIMEX III Pick & Place.
An eight-zone Pyramax BTU reflow oven, plus a cooling zone, ensures proper components soldering.
An automatic KOH YOUNG AOI 3D in-line optical inspection machine verifies the correct positioning and the welds; finally a multi-rack conveyor separates the good/no good boards, with the benefit of avoiding positioning errors by the operator.
This investment will allow us to increase the production capacity of SMT department and to optimize the performance of the other lines, offering faster and more personalized solutions to our customers.
